Fu*%face Von Clownstick

I don’t blame you. Trump can be exhausting.
But to me, 40 years in the Senate is an absolute liability, not an asset. He’s been promising change for 40 years, and racial justice for 40 years, and everythingthe same and American life is in the shitter. But now, now, in 2020, THIS TIME, if you just elect him one more time (this time he really means it), everything‘s gonna change! Seriously! This time.

Joe has had decades of second chances and things have only gotten worse for black America. (Just turn on the news) I get that a lot of people despise Trump, but facts are facts. He achieved the lowest black and Hispanic unemployment rates in recorded history. That’s not nothing.

Sidenote: people started camping out this morning for Trump’s rally next Saturday. There are multiple reports that over 1 million people have requested tickets to an event that holds roughly 16,000 people. I’m not sure what to make of that just yet, but it does indicate a certain enthusiasm gap between the candidates. I’m not in the political prediction game, but I do know that after 2016 I will never believe polls again.

It means nothing to count ticket requests. When rump was in town last October my buddy and I signed up for tickets with no intention of going in

I’d like to know if any fans decipher the disclaimer about not bringing a lawsuit about anyC-19 issues

Virus would’ve been far worse under Biden. He cowers in fear of the politically correct woke mob. He never would’ve imposed travel restrictions on China. That’s racist. Everyone knows it’s racist. Hell, he was (and is) still too timid to admit where the damn virus originated. Because that’s also racist.
The incompetent arse had already been told the virus would come in from Europe as well, which it did. And his travel restrictions were not imposed against the large numbers of Americans hastily returning from China, who posed just as great a risk as any Chinese would have. It was all a show, pure bigoted BS. It did nothing to address the real danger and of course that is exactly why it spread as it did to the point that we were the worst country ultimately hit. We don't know what Biden would have done but he may have listened to expert reason, something your vaunted Trump has trouble doing.

While Trump's so-called Chinese travel ban was doing nothing but letting tens of thousand of people travel directly from China to the US, the east coast was being devastated by the actual threat.. Travel from Europe... Oops..

Just like the Obama/Biden administrations response to Bush's Great Recession, we have their response to the Ebola Virus as an indicator as to what Bidens response to Covid might have looked like...Going by that example I think it is safe to say that Biden's response would have been more effective than Trump's, which just happens to be the worst in the developed world.

He fired a taser at the cop. What is the officer supposed to do? If he is incapacitated by the taser now the dude can grab his sidearm. Not a good situation. I promise you this will not be a quick or easy trial.
So the killer cop has been charged with 11 counts, including murder... We discover today that the cop who pulled trigger kicked Rayshard Brooks while he lay dying, and the other cop stood on Mr. Brooks shoulder while he lay there dying. While all this was going on neither bothered to call for medical help for over 3 minutes. Mr. Brooks died at the hospital and not at the scene. Murder with a little extra evil thrown in for good measure....

He was not charged with murder. He was charged with FELONY murder. Which means the prosecutor will try to hold him legally liable for a death that occurred during the commission of an underlying felony, in this case aggravated assault. Whatever. Tells me he can’t prove murder, but wanted to placate the mob.

By the way, remember two weeks ago when those two black college students were pulled out of their car by cops in Atlanta and had tasers pointed at them? This same pathetic DA told us just two weeks ago that tasers were in fact deadly weapons. But not now. WTF?

Also worth noting that three of the four fired officers in that college student incident were black, the mayor is black, the police chief is now black, and 61% of Atlanta police officers are black. I’m finding it a little hard to understand how systemic racism is the problem.

So he wasn't charged with murder and was instead charged with murder? You know I get all gooey inside when you talk legal speak Buck....

I wonder why this cop felt the need to kick the victim after he had put 2 bullets in his back, and he was lying on the ground dying.. Probably the same reason he decided to forgo giving any medical attention.

Felony murder is entirely different from murder. It is odd, since murder is obviously a felony. The textbook example of a felony murder charge would be charging a getaway driver of a bank robbery gang with murder if one of the actual robbers who went into the bank shot and killed a teller. Clearly, the driver did not kill anyone, but he is still charged with murder since the death occurred during the commission of the underlying felony which was a bank robbery. This is supposed to be a deterrent but I don’t think it serves that purpose very well since very few potential felony offenders are aware of the statute’s existence.

BTW, I’ve seen stories indicating that Brooks was rendered aid in less than one minute. It’ll all come out in the trial.

I understand what felony murder is, and I believe Officer Chauvin was also charged with felony murder in the George Floyd case.. It seems to be an end around as its easier to prove the felony and that the commission of said felony resulted in someones death. Fucking lawyers..

Most of the protesters in Detroit looked like suburban yuppies. It was bizarre seeing them face off with a majority black police force the vast majority who grew up in working class Detroit neighborhoods.

.

You can’t make this shit up.....

Welp, that about ends the debate. But Jim Acosta will be on later anyway to explain to us rubes why this isn’t a wall, it’s a “solidarity barrier”.

Strange that CNN feels the need to build a wall to protect itself from the “mostly peaceful” protestors.

The 'mostly' in your note is the key word, Bucknut. There are all kinds of troublemakers and vandals who turn out for any sort of protest and mix with them. These are the a*holes doing the looting and window breaking. Anyone seriously protesting violence is not nearly as likely to commit it themselves. There are always exceptions however, and it is also impossible most of the time to visually tell who is a bonafide protester and who is just out looking for an excuse to cause mayhem. You will often see this with any protest with large numbers of people; doesn't have to be this particular Liberal cause. This is a no-brainer but it gives the rabid right wing media some ammunition. But notice whose administration all this crap is happening under. We have never had a more divisive and incompetent president. He is not only completely useless but a genuine danger. He made the completely irresponsible and stupid, egotistical comment that anyone wearing a mask is probably making a statement against him, so naturally the moronic hoards attending his rallies are not going to be inclined to wear them. So watch the damn virus start spreading again big time in a few weeks like it already is in lots of places that did not take it seriously enough.

I agree with much of that. But I couldn’t pass this up. Just an epic self-own and a reminder that reality often gets in the way of ideology.

Personally, I’m as likely to attach the phrase “moronic hordes“ to those attending the protests of the last few weeks as I am the Trump rally attendees. You just can’t have it both ways. Literally hundreds of thousands of people in the streets for weeks without a mention of social distancing or scolding from the media. The minute Trump tries to hold a rally all we hear is how we’re in the middle of a pandemic and it could cost lives. I think it’s a bit of the “Boy Who Cried Wolf” syndrome. All this alarmism is beginning to fall on deaf ears as the actual death rate is revealed.

Well, there are plenty of places that have seen protests now for over a week and a half, with almost no increase. Seattle and I-5 corridor is doing OK despite the really huge numbers that turned out. But these people mostly all have the good sense to wear a mask, being pathetic Liberals and all. The increases here that are showing up are mostly all in other parts of the state that have almost no involvement in the protests. This is a very intelligent state for the most part. How about let's see how Tulsa does after Fearless Leader has his rally.
