Looks like Fred with FJR will likely end up with chipper. I don't have the final say just get to give my recommendation, which does hold some weight. Thanks to everyone who showed interest.

My Rayco RC20 is going in in a few weeks to be retrofitted with a different Twin Disc pto. I'll be running the Morbark until the swap and some initial testing is completed, then it should be heading down to @FJR

tc, your comparison of the two machines will be interesting. I'm a Mobark fan but your RC20 caught my attention a while back.

I have a decent amount of time on the Morbark already. For my operation I prefer my Rayco. Both are awesome machines. It's the table height that is the biggest contributing factor in why I like the rayco better. It's a lot easier to feed, both by machines and the rare occasion by hand.

It's a electronic activated hydraulic clutch. It has a optional digital user interface screen. I'll take a quick lil video of the setup next time I'm out if I remember. It was designed in a way to be easily set up to run and be controlled completely remotely. Not a big deal on a chipper, but very handy on something like Ag irrigation pumps that can be controlled completely off your smart phone from anywhere in the world. A chipper however is one of the harshest environments we can put it in.
