Another steak ... took a new job recently and found a nice neighborhood meat market around the corner. Great selection and prices so I couldn't resist. 2" thick, 2.45 lbs bone in ribeye, reverse seared. Mashed potatoes simmered in milk instead of water, (super creamy this way,) and sauteed asparagus. I like a crunch to my asparagus and I like a bit of char.

Just wanted to put it out there for my fellow food eaters:

This pepper grinder is the bee's knees and comes with a 25 year warranty from a company that's been around a while. If you think any ol' grinder is as good as the next, you don't know what you're missing. That is all.1000000540.jpg

FYI
My pepper grinders: (just some of my collection) – pictured left-to-right:

Unicorn (Magnum Plus & Magnum) - these are top rated in many on-line reviews. I’ve had them for years.

Peugeot – classic wood & antique. I think Unicorn is better.

Skeppshult cast iron spice grinder – I have several for Szechuan pepper corns, dried Thai chili peppers, etc.

I have just ordered the following for Szechuan pepper corns:
