folding throwline cubes

Petzl and Faltheimer both now make round ones, no ends to poke through the fabric.

Anyone used the Petzl Eclipse yet?

I saw a couple floating around at internationals last year. Coming out in the US in a couple weeks.

I've had the Faltheimer cube for four years now and it is still going strong. I've dropped it open and folded out of trees at over 100 feet multiple times and it doesn't seem to mind the abuse. The only part of it that isn't holding up is the velcro which is understandable considering how much use I've gotten out of it.

The model that I have has the old fabric that isn't stretchy but I think I like it better than the newer fabrics that I've seen.

Haven't seen the Eclipse in the flesh (fabric?) yet but looks a bit like the Edelrid one.
