Florida Champion

If it is the one I think It is...Edison estate.

I had the pleasure of doing some climbing in the one at the Edison estate.
 
If it is the Edison house in FL, I've been there a few times to visit that tree.

The first banyan tree in the U.S. was planted by Thomas Alva Edison in Fort Myers, Florida. The tree, originally only 4 feet (1.2 m) tall, now covers 400 feet (120 m).

This banyan is the largest in the continental United States and is a Florida Champion Tree.

Historic Event:
This tree was given to Thomas Edison in 1925 by Harvey Firestone and was only 4 feet tall at the time. Thomas Edison experimented with different trees and plants for use as rubber and filaments.
