Up to now I’ve been on a versatile buckingham. I’ve made the switch to the cougar weaver.
I’m wondering if you guys have pics of how you clip in.
I’ve got a hitch climber and I go to my safety snap with a fisherman is there a smooth way to just have one biner on the bridge for ddrt?

Yea just terminate the down rope (that your hitch is not on) in one of the upper holes on your hitch climber pulley. Look up "hitch climbers guide to the canopy.pdf" . very useful info and it will illustrate the proper techniques.

Never let a fisherman rub your Knut.
@JD3000 only let's cat fisherman from the upper Ohio river touch his Knut to dress it with the perfect amount of friction. He is a consensour of rarity. He tells me it has to do with specific callus developed from a regional technique

So if your rolling with a bridge ring you can take your standing end pass it through the ring then bring it up to the HC pulley. This puts the knot under the hitch, but creates a o-rig and you need to control the loop with another piece of gear.
Overall youre going to be much better off with a spliced rope if you don't like your knut rubbed.
only other option is talk to the Canadians about antichafing male goat milk. They swear by the stuff, I don't have chafing issues so haven't tried it yet (however I do have a lead on a good Nubian line)

No ring just a strap bridge(not a rope)
