Firefox 3.6.3 upgrade problem

Last week I upgraded FF to 3.6.3

Now, I've found a few websites where I can't see the images in discussion forum threads where I could before.

Worse, I can't find out what Mark Trail is up to!!! I access it here:

But now, I can't get any comics to show up.

Is anyone else having this problem or have a solution?

I've already deleted cache and history.

No problems here, but something got reset in my browsing tools or options. I forget what. Just a little thing.

Cookies are being accepted. Even on the Post site I get the same message in a box:

Just remembered.

It was not the Firefox I had a glitch with. But what got reset was the default program that opens images when I double click on them in my files. That one took about 5 or 10 minutes to figure out how to change.

Anyhow, no problem with the Firefox update.

It took a little while to word the question correctly to find the answer in FF Help.

I had to shutdown FF then restart holding 'Control' allowing FF to start in safe mode. Then I had a couple of prompts to reset to FF defaults. I must have toggled something...it works now.

I can stay up to date with Mark Trail's adventures! I really like to see that he is still paddling a wood-canvas canoe. I'm sure that his canoes are all made by Joe Seliga:

Since Lost Forest is located next to the Boundary Waters Seliga canoes would be the logical choice!
