Firefighters rescue woman stuck in tree

Firefighters had to rescue a woman who was stuck in a tree last night.

No one knows how the woman came to be stuck in the tree in Park Road in Wroxham.

A fire crew from Wroxham, one from Earlham and a fire engine fitted with an aerial platform was sent to help the woman after the alarm was raised just before 11pm.

The woman had been rescued by 11.30pm and was not thought to have been injured.
