Experienced Tree Climber Wanted for Growing Company on Cape Cod!

We are a growing company located on Cape Cod, Ma. with a service area on Upper Cape.

The guy (or girl) we are looking for is motivated by something more than money. (He) likes what he does, and it shows.. This is a lead position so you will have customer contact, but your primary goal is to arrive on time, assess the situation, then you create and implement a plan to get the stuff on the ground. When they are satisfied you move on to the next project. NO CLEAN UP... EVER.

Pay will vary, but a competent climber, with tools and transportation has the potential to make $25 an hour in just a few months.

If loving what you do and getting paid for it sounds right for you then call me up.

Thank you

Full time, year round? Is this a full time employee or a contract climber position? Health insurance? Sick time, vacation time, holiday pay? Gear incentive? Do you cover dues and membership to professional organizations? Do you cover expenses for continuing education classes and seminars like New England Grows, TCIA EXPO and the likes?
Promote yourself and tell a potential employee why he would want to work for YOU!

My groundie makes more than that. Seriously.
Good luck finding a reliable person with their own tools and transportation. That sounds like a contract position to me. Personally I wouldn't be a contract climber on the cape for less than $250/ day.

That was my point. 25 an hr is not a great rate if you have to cover all the other expenses. I agree I wouldn't contract climb for less than 250 a day. If you make 25 an hour and are paid all the incentives I mentioned above, then you are well taken care of.
