I've used this product for 3 cycles (2yr) with what appears to be some success.
I treat over 100 Ash trees, and results are great so far.
I'm hearing that this is no longer and option, due to "duds" or other problems. Am I hearing things, Is this product available? I love drilling some holes, inserting a tap, and plugging in a pressurized cartridge. Every 2 years.... I've heard treatments could be spread to more than 2 yrs, any input is welcomed.

Allow me to re phrase:
Help please,
I've been treating our Ash trees for 6 yrs on a 2 yr cycle. The trees I've treated with low pressure injection cartridges have been, in my opinion, anecdotally, successful. The only product I am familiar with is no longer available. Please share some of the methods/systems you all have used, that you believe to be successful. I am open to all suggestions and hope to only treat every 2 yrs. I've been told that I can go to 4yrs. I would like to avoid trunk soaks if at all possible. Thank you for your insight and input. Any providers out there pm me.

The last time that I saw the enTree product on the trade show circuit was January 2019. I don't know know of any other companies putting emamectin benzoate in the single use cartidges. I make a re-usable system called the Tree Defend that is compatible with that any many other chemicals.

annual treatments of imidacloprid right around the base of the tree very effectively controls EAB. In studies, maybe slightly less effective than emamectin benzoate, but this is what I recommend for homeowners who want to do their own. Get the 2F formulation. Use 2oz 0.2oz per inch of trunk diameter for trees under 15" dbh and 4oz 0.4oz per inch for larger trees. dig a 2-3" deep and wide trench right around the trunk of the tree. Mix the amount of product you need in a gallon or so of water and slowly pour it into the trench. Do this in the spring - ideally before leaves are fully developed.

.2 and .4 oz per inch
;)

I've been presenting that to clients as an effective, less costly alternative not requiring drilling into the tree. However, many are happy with the results of tree-age and not wanting to switch after having invested thousands of dollars over the years. About 40% of the clients are getting soil drenches...

Thank you all for the input. I do about 130 trees in a 300 acre area. "Tree Defend" could you send me some contact information. in a private message. Most of our Ash trees are mature and range from 25" to 45" dbh.
ATH, JD300...Thank you.
