Most HOs have no idea how much debris can come from one large stump. Sometimes it is staggering. And a lot of that space is air. A stump is generally a very dense, compressed object. Grinding decompresses it and mixes it with air.

You are preaching to the choir, brother. I built a special large bucket for my mini just to handle stump grindings.
