Do I need a DOT physical / MED CARD?

In Michigan if a names is on your vehicle you need a chauffeur license and D.O.T Med card

Couple years ago I received a ticket for no chauffeur endorsement and I had a class A

Went to Secretary of State and they just made me pay for the endorsement because it was the first 18 questions on the class A test lol
All about the $$$$

This is what the trailer hitch looks like on the truck...just wondering in case I need to connect shackles to the slots to be able to hook the safety chains to for the equipment, anyone have anything they recommend?

If you need shackles, just pick up the strongest set you can find that will fit. You should not need shackles though, normal hooks should work just fine with those slots.
