DIY bosun

I know there is already a thread on this but I couldn't find it. This was made using a poly cutting board, open cell foam, a purple CMI sling, canvas fabric sewed into a tube, and HD toothed plastic buckles. Loop up through bridge attachment rings (I'm on a glide) and back through buckles. No more sore hips!

Thanks. After about a week on it, I've noticed myself having a lot more energy at the end of the day. I'm sure you guys with the TMs and the Ergos dont have to worry about it, but anyone on a glide or similar harness looking for that extra comfort should try a bosun.

is it really that much better to have a seat? ive got a butterfly and when im resting or doing a coble i just slide the leg loops down and its pretty cozy but no seat.

My legs never accompanied the regular leg straps too well, bosun is the only way to go. Looking at a dragon fly soon. Nice work on the home made seat it looks store bought, I cant be bothered to do too much afterwork and weekendsdue to HBO and cottaging/camping. Nice work.
