Day rate or hourly pay?

How do you prefer to pay your guys? I've been doing a day rate, but am thinking about switching to hourly next season.

I think day rates with a little bonus here and there is great. Plus I think a little easier bidding jobs.

I agree that it does make bidding jobs easier Bruce Wayne.

Be aware in certain locations this may not be legal or it may come with restrictions. For instance in our state, the average has to equal double minimum wage or the employer has the make up the difference. Not saying this is a bad idea, just something to be aware of.
