That is just one kind. We have an L fauriei 'Fantasy that is 58' tall; co-champion in the USA. fauriei-indica cultivars can get up to 40'. Here in NC it's very popular; many folks let them grow tall.

Bark looks like Stewartia spp. but the fruit looks Persimmon or Quince like???? How big are those fruits?

They are similar in size to a pear.
