Paul the problem with it and the price is it is way to short to do tree work around here or most parts. If you want a stick crane you really need to look at 103 or more. Don't get me wrong it's a nice crane, just too small for real tree work.

I have to disagree. I have the same crane only with a jib, mines a behind the cab mount. 92' of extendable boom, 102' hook height does 98% of the trees we remove. We very rarely use the jib and very rarely hire a bigger crane. It is definitally not "way too short". With that said I wouldn't go any smaller than the crane that is for sale. Plus to get that extra 10' of boom is going to cost you $30K plus more in a comporable condition, year, etc. crane.

The Pete chassis is a real selling point, word is Sterlings have been discontinued, and parts are/will be in short supply due to poor support, something to consider. That's a GREAT price. Also being from Arizona originally rust is not a factor. I'm happy with my Manitex 101S, (and sitting on my in the rider seat), but I've got 130K+ in it. My 2 cents worth.
