Cool be\'ngs!

During hot times its imperative that our bodies get cooled down. Even if we don't get hot enough to get heat stroke/exhaustion being hot reduces mental capacity.

Of course, comfort too is important.

Here's something that could be used on any job:

Set it up on a tripod made from pole saw sections, PVC or conduit.

WE'd have some cool beings at work :)

I have two of these foggers that attach to a garden hose.
The three mister nozzles create a cooling fog that gives
one a nice cool.

You can thread your hose in the low boughs or use a pipe to hose adpaptor to a ground spike portion of a sprinkler.

Play Misty for me.

Less than $8 at most places on line.

Dan,

Does the ground around the area get muddy because of over spray? I would guess that if its a mist then very little hits the ground.

Good source!

Re: Cool be\'ngs!

Not really muddy but an all day spray will get the ground wet so place it on good grass.

I bought mine at a big greenhouse/garden store for $13 but online you can find them at many flow rates.

The higher the nozzle the less the ground soak.

You can secure it high on a limb by lashing it pointing upward and live with the drips off of the leaves.

For portable I have a garden sprayer labeld "Drinking Water ONLY" that has a nice mist. It sets in a 5 gallon pickle bucket filled with ice so it really chills.
