One advantage they would have is you could put the rest of the ground crew on a separate channel than the climber/crane/one ground support.

You can have two separate channels with sena as well, if you know proper pairing procedures. I always do this on crane days- no way I’m competing with a chipper while trying to talk to the crane op.
