My wife loves St. Germain so she made a bottle herself this spring. We have a large Elderberry in our backyard that she used to infuse and it came out great. So good in fact that we drank it all in less than a month. Thanks for this recipe @Tuebor

Wow, locally sourced elderberry - that is cool! I've seen the same recipe except with twice the amount of St Germain. Experiment. This year, I've taken to making my gin & tonics with elderberry infused tonic water.
