Climbing harness question?

Ok well some of you know of my recent incident with my saddle and my loss but enough about the get well soons and things. I was laying in bed last night and it came to me. What could be a solution. I have climbed in quite a few different harness. And I thought about it and came to the realization that none of the harness' leg straps adjust a whole lot if any in the front. They all have those adjustments in the back but for a guy with longer legs that doesn't do a whole lot as the front when suspended still pulls up and the fronts are still right there close to you and the back adjustments are usually loose at this point. So what if someone designed a more adjustable harness. One that the front can itself be adjust to sit lower on the legs. I mean quite a bit lower. I know Mark is a tall lanky guy and was kind of hoping to get his thoughts on this subject. Maybe I am just missing something in the harness world where there is such a saddle. So far I have been on a master II, glide, TM, and have a cougar to try as well. I think if the adjustment of the leg straps could go further down and someone could develop a better adjustment as far as one that would cinch down tighter and actually stay a little tighter the days of nut pinching might be a think of the past. Any thoughts from other climbers or manufactures are welcome.

IMO it about having legs loops snug. My seqouia seems to stay put. Pack em' or crack em'. Boxer briefs like EZ suggested.....unless your hung like a bull or something

The leg straps on my TreeFlex get snugged up and stay put.

The leg straps are the best of any harness that I've ever been in. Not once have I ever felt a pinch. Then, when I sit back the leg straps are in the perfect place for support.

Man Id get a cup and protect what you got. What happened could happen in any harness and you gotta have kids one day.I have the TF and there is not much space in that area with the wide straps and srt all coming together.I cut the elastic on the back of my leg straps of my tree motion just to keep them low.I got a tree flex I could send you to try out if you like.

Well I wanted to make this more about finding a solution and get opinions on having straps more adjustable as far as distance away like in the front rather than about my loss. I know the snugness of the straps is a great thing but a lot of the straps tend to loosen or are unable to really cinch down tight with their design. As well if the straps are lower on the thighs when cinched down as they would try to slide toward the waist belt they would be getting into an area that is greater in diameter causing them not to slide up. But the backs are adjustable as far as to slide them up and down but ultimately the suspension of them in the front and the placement has tendancies to pull them up. What if the leg straps in the front were adjustable to the climber as well. As far as you could slide the entire leg strap to where it was lower and not just the back of it.

I am a Treeflex owner myself and agree with Tom. I keep mine snug and they stay right where I like em'.

Tyler I offered to send my treeflex if you want try it a couple of weeks.Everybodies opinion is different so you probably need to try it for yourself.
