Climbers Needed in Fort Worth, Texas

Looking to train interested individuals in a growing tree business in Fort Worth. Must have a valid driver's license, pass a drug test, have a willingness to learn, a good attitude, and serious athleticism. The reason I put "to train" is because most experience climbers do not posses all these qualities. But if you are experience and posses these qualities, please apply-top pay for the region. Email us at IntegrityTreeCare@sbcglobal.net. Thanks.

How do you train to pass the drug test? I was gonna say experienced good climbers dont have a problem passing a drug test..but however I can think of 2 who can't and you'll probably wont ever find a guy as good as either of them to work for you. Me personally have never even tried any of the trendy trugs. Maybe suck the NO2 out of a whip cream can after I sat down and sucked all the cream out. But that's just me. I'd probably be a better climber if I were on coke. I'd be pretty thin with lots energy. Maybe even if I were an alcoholic I'd be thinner. My dad drank all his meals and he was pretty thin and one heck of climber in his day. He associated his "good" health to drinking. He said your never putting any germs in body so you'll never get sick, and when you wake up in the morning you have something to look forward to and thats the worse you'll feel all day. I was never sold on that.

Is Ritalin, Xanax, and Prebucol okay?

Seriously though, he's not asking for anything more than any committed employer wishs. However this is America and a lot of our people are anesthetized, legally and/or otherwise. Never mind that the operators of nuclear facilities hide little problems like leaks, releases, or hard data or executive branches of government illegally eavesdrop and infiltrate peace organizations or clergy molest their flocks and gain protection from the church...our workforce has to be clean.

In spite of the hyprocracy of our culture.

But like Big John said, hiring parameters set by fear and control can bite us back. I could've trusted my life in Carl Sagan's hands, certainly my intellect, and he admitted smoking pot everyday since receiving his doctorate. Cancer killed him, not his preferences.

But no matter how one's metabolic reaction to pot is, whether they can build a Swiss watch or carve an ice palace, landing a jumbo jet or rigging-down a giant elm calls for absolute precision and foresight with a team, imbibe can certainly wait for later, away from and finished with the task called for.

I both understand his desires to have a sharp person on board, but he's also limited his field of available and often very dedicated and skilled people.

I wish we would screen executives, politicians, and clergy as well. And pot is but one vice, perverts and pedophiles and liars seem to be easier to bring into positions of trust.

One of the best things to come off AS in a while was the comment to:

"Hire for attitude, train for aptitude"

It would take councling and personal growth to change attitude.

AMEN
and please excuse my climber its his 215 card break.. sorry he'll be back soon. try finding a crew that doesnt have 1 stoner on it. one of my best climbers was a major stoner..and climbs betterr than most my "sober" workers ever did.
i appreciate what your looking for..the white guys get high and the mexicans do coke or drink...[what???] it what we need here is some asians.until we find out what they do.
aw screw it maybe as employers we should just do it ourselves.

butch
sorry its just really hard to find clean qualified climbers out here, i just have a sense of humor about it and the state comp man says as long as they have a 215 card and havent smoked in 12 hours i cant do much about it. and i dont want to get hit with a discrimination suit for firing some one with a "disability"
