Climbers and entry level

@ Sfoppema; Thanks for the great rundown on your background; much appreciated. Don't worry about getting carried away with long posts on this forum, in my humble opinion. It's all good, and those that don't wish to read it can just skip over it. Most of us have long attention spans and good focus. The bigger problem for most forum communities is exactly the opposite, which is a lack of participation, which makes it feel like a forum is dying. So feel free to jump in anytime.

The tree work here is easy, 90% ponderosa pine. If height or really big cuts bother you, your not gonna like climbing. I'm looking for a clone of me, Expert Climber/Faller,,General babysitter of grown men with silly ideas.
The pay includes hotel (top men only)
But make no mistake 8-15 tree's a day hit the ground.
This is a power line contract, pay per tree.

Hello All,
Due to a record number of trees dying in California there is a high demand for climbers here.
I am looking for 2-3 climbers, minimum 2 years experience. Pay is 16-29.00.00 or other possibilities, Ie. If you bring more to the table, you get more.40-50 hours a week

The job is in Grass Valley, California an absolutely beautiful place. 50 miles from Tahoe.
