About us: We work M-W. The pay is $26-$36/hr depending on experience. We’re a small but diverse team and we value education, certification, and staying up to date with best management practices.
We’re looking for someone with a little or a lot of climbing experience who is reliable, safety conscious, open to learning and sharing skills, and most importantly, kind. ISA certs are not necessary but are a bonus.
