Higher pay with tools)... saddle, rope, lanyard, saws (hand and chain), and transpo (a Truck would be nice). Needs to have a desire to learn. If you don't know ANSI Standards I'll teach you. I'll also assist you in obtaining certifications. Looking for a win-win.
