Looking to hire a climber and ground worker in Longmont, CO, Boulder County. My first priority would be someone to be on the ground during tree work operations. Drive work truck consistently and trailer occasionally, manage debris, chipper, saw duty, general maintenance....potentially help with honey bee relocations also if interested. We focus on safety, quality work and production. I do expect hard work and I want someone who works smart and has a good dose of common sense. Proper, appropriate and correct arboricultural work wanted over massive production. I want our efforts to be towards proper and up to date tree work while providing above average customer service. New or experienced, give me a call. Pay based on experience and actual work performance. Somewhere in the $14-$18 range. Some benefits included after 90 days. Training provided as needed.
Also need an Arborist, would prefer ISA cert but willing to chat without, we do pay for certification and training where appropriate. Focus is small to large prunes and small to med removals. I have some equipment towards large removals but not set up ideally. Have a TX 1000 and 14k trailer to help, large removals as allows and is appropriate. We do work with cranes and ideally you are comfortable with trees that have embedded honey bee hives in them. I have done honey bee removal/relocations for about 10 years and feel I do have an efficient and safe system in place.
