Tree Care Foremen / Climber Needed
The Natural Way, Inc (Accredited) is looking to employ an experienced and qualified tree trimmer for a permanent and full-time position. Benefits and educational training provided as well as financial compensation for professional designations.
Must have a minimum of 4 years climbing, pruning and removal experience.
The ideal qualifications:
- ISA Certified Arborist and/or ISA Certified Tree Worker
- Aerial Lift experience
- Demonstrated arboricultural knowledge and how that relates to the overall landscape.
- Understands and demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of the ground person and climber positions
- Participates in and conducts all job site safety briefings with crew members
- Ensures that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
- Performs all equipment safety inspection daily
- Positive attitude and proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
Current in First Aid and CPR
Trained in aerial rescue
Commitment to learn and complete production reports daily.
Punctual attendance mandatory. References required
CDL Not Required.
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of knots, ropes and rigging devices. Must be able to work and maneuver at considerable heights under varying and sometimes adverse conditions. Must possess the ability to hear verbal instructions from a distance.

Job Duties: Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties. This arborist position requires climbing without spurs, knowledge of knots, Chainsaw operation and bucket-truck experience. Crew supervision, training, equipment maintenance, customer contact and service, safe working procedures, productivity and quality control.
