If your significant other wanted to get you some splicing tools, what would be at the top of your list? They know you want to splice Velocity, Blaze, 16 Strand, and Tenex

toss splicing wand, point hudson fid, ceramic knife - in that order. i think you can get all of the above through Brion Toss Yacht Riggers website.

I'd say a Med. toss wand, a zyliss vice, whipping twine and the little bottle of 25 W. Smith and Son sail needles.

Also, a copy of Toss's recent splicing book, and the new redbook from Samson.
