chainsaw maintenance

the purpose of this post is to gather ideas and opinions on what should and should not be included in a beginners chainsaw maintenance course. are there any comprehensive video/dvd/cd rom that could be used in a course and built upon to train an employee to be safer, more productive, and more responsible with high end production chainsaws. thanks in advance for any input

Husqvarna also has a video library but the Stihl library appears to be more comprehensive.
