I’m working a advertising sign clearing project in Newark, De. The state just told me all pruning work has to be 100% supervised on site. That was not discussed or on their bid information. This is a pilot program so most specs are not documented yet.
I’m looking for a Certified Arborsit to be on site with our crew while pruning is being preformed. Work would be immediate and the length of the project is approx 3 weeks or a little bit longer.
