As for the OP, hopefully if you're smart enough to buy a house, you'll be able to see through the horribly bad translation style of the entire blog site and get a second opinion after you've read what Freddy has to say. Otherwise the spike article is kind of a funny read, in a SNL/Monty Python kind of way.
