Some ambos have heavy duty brakes too. This accounts for their purpose...drive fast/stop quickly.

I had a couple of box vans as service vehicles. Very handy and practical

There is an exceptionally clean looking ambo that the auction ends tomorrow near me. Its an 07 Diesel with 56K miles. Can't link directly but its on www.wisconsinsurplus.com Its at $4,000 now and I would bet it goes for less than $11K, wouldn't be surprised if it goes somewhere around $7-8. Problem with some of the Gov auctions is they are not leanyent on pick up times and nearly impossible to facilitate an outside shipper to pick it up. If any buzzers were interested I'd pick it up for them and bring it to my shop and they could figure out shipping from there.
