I've been lucky to get some great loaner saddles!! I have been testing out a Butterfly 2, and now the TM. and also got to try a modified Treeflex and Dragonfly, a Cougar & one I can't pronounce. lol.
I'm pretty sweet on the TM, tho I think the Butterfly 2 is pretty dang good too.

I have the butterfly 2 and I will be wearing it in my coffin when I am dead. It is the most awesome amazingly comfortable durable saddle ever. My only initial gripe about it, which ended up being a good thing in the end, is beyond the little ring on the sides, there is no place to stow a climbing saw. My solution was to put a bent gate biner around the webbing behind the right side D ring and use zing it to lash it into place. It is awesome. And I won't even consider a tree motion for the same reason I won't buy a 200t...the price.

that's my niece Katie. She climbed w/ me once last summer, then again yesterday. She thought it was hard.
Then this morning she pestered me until I went and set some ropes again!
It took forever b/c I had a whole situation where I had to climb out in this Sycamore over the river and cut down a stuck throwline/ bag w/ a pole saw (a new one for me) ... she was just dying to try it again, and when she finally got to climb she was SO HAPPY! Her Dad was watching and was so impressed by how well she did & how interested she was... I think one lucky girl will be getting some climbing gear soon
That's the best, huh? My 8 yr old son got his own saddle for his b.day last month, and my 10 yr old will be getting his this month. Much happiness will follow! Get 'em up in the trees!

Way cool Laurie! I've been able to get my kids in the trees a couple times and they love it because they can go "way higher" than when I find them in the trees free climbing.

AND I'm pretty sure Katy will have no prob coming up w/ more awesome pix of her own, rockin the TCC or other off the ground fun...there are lotsa super hero poses that are yet unclaimed!
