Me and my coworkers have had a rough week, one guy beeing with us for four years comitted suicide on sunday and was buried today. He was a great guy, always high spirited and positive, a really good friend and worker. Seems like he lived kind of a double life having it pretty hard at home with a lot of strain but we never noticed and he never said a word. Finally he went over the edge and shot himself leaving us with thousands of questions about what if--.
There is no point in this post, just wanted to ease my heart. Hope you guys never expierience anything like it.

My heart goes out to you.

I've walked in your shoes and still am.

In November of 2002 my 40 year old brother committed suicide. No one had any clue that he was in trouble and after his death we learned very little.

Suicide scars the survivors for life. No real answers ever come and the survivors learn to live with the feeling that they might had been able to help had they only known.
