Best Hot Sauce

Okay this is from a local company in South Jersey. I would recommend their stuff to anyone, literally you could eat Styrofoam if it had this stuff on it.

Man, I went nuts with the Sriracha sauce last year. Used it on way too many delicious foods. Burnt me out on it, because I overused it. I knew the end was near when I put some on apple slices. It was gross.

We keep smaller bottles in the fridge, the gallon bottle stays in a rarely opened cabinet to protect it from light.

Wish it was a commercial operation but it's not. My good friend in Hawaii grows Hawaiian chili peppers and scotch bonnet peppers. With them he makes THE BEST hot sauce I have ever had.. I think he calls it Dave's butt burner, or something

IMO
Frank's hot sauce is mediocre, at best.
Tabasco is heat w/o any flavor.

"Louisiana" brand hot sauce has a lot of flavor; without over-welling heat. It's great on "next day pizza" ! ! !

Huy Fong "Sriracha" is excellent ! It has a very nice mild green pepper flavor (& I don't even like green peppers; but I love red, orange, yellow ..... go figure !)
I use this on LOTS of stuff: marinara sauce, soups, chix, a dollop on appetizers, etc.

My new favorite is Huy Fong "Sambal Oelek" paste. It is slightly thicker, & a little more chunky than Sriracha, but a lot more flavor.
