For whatever its worth, we bought a new 2650 this spring. Piles of problems with the machine and with terrible dealer support I reached out to the factory rep. After the fourth time it went back to the dealer for multiple days (with no loaner) the rep gave me a free set of teeth. I then asked him what happens when it happens again. He said " It won't but if it does call me" Well wouldn't you know it shit out again, and when it did absolutely no response from the factory solution wise. If I had to do it again Id look at a Rayco or Carlton I think. We had less problems with our RG 50 that had 2000 plus hours.
