bandit 1590 needs new clutch

I have a 2007 bandit 1590 xp, deere 140 H.P. with a little over 2500 hours.

Pretty sure the clutch just gave up... any suggestions, heavy duty parts? suppliers"" tips for doing the job in case we give it a go ourselves???

Gotta say I was pleased to get 9 years on the first clutch...

What kind of clutch? Have you keep it adjusted? Honestly 2500 hours isn't a ton of time to get on a clutch.
They are pretty simple units. These guys should be able to get you parts.

If it's a twin disc it usually can be rebuilt easily. I had a mechanic do mine for $150 in parts and a couple hours of labor.

At 9 years old you might as well replace the entire clutch pack throw out bearing, pressure plates and all! No sence in just putting the disk in if you trear it down.
