Another counter of usual for expansion from East is doing Tree in yoga on 1 leg, then while on toes, then try looking up instead of forward to true your balance, a different world of competition to sharpen against.

i also tie knots behind back as mental exercise, at one point thought it would help observer see what looks like in their hands, rather than reverse mirror as looks on or trying to see your shoulder
