So if someone good were to get hired at your company this week, that means they would have 2 weeks of vacation by the tax filing deadline of 2010?

Is the vacation at their pick of a week? Like - say - July or March, their choice?

Is the wage comparable to like Collier, Multnomah Tree Experts or General tree, so that the extra bonus check can be identified as a genuine bonus and not a skimming of each month's wages?

As your paragraph sits, it sounds pretty good.

This is a pretty odd trade in some regards, because most companies are very small, and a lot of young people these days seem to be attracted to sweat-free work.

Would be nice if the good worker reservoir were more generously populated.

Would others find you to be a personable "presenter" ?? Because you might explore the option of being a guest speaker at some college or university classes where horticulture is involoved. What I'm thinking of, is how to get your name in the mainstream of those who love plants and trees. We don't have a whole lot in the way of college programs, but there may be some forestry students who would lean toward arboriculture.

Collier has been successful at getting his name in the mainstream for all sorts of stuff. But of course they have been in business for a long, long time.

yes i offer the same as my comp the vacation is a great thing to do for the guys the bonus program is fair too.. unless you lose my 046 and blow up a 66 and a 44 and a pole saw destroy all my pole saws by droping them or throwing them the list goes on and on .. no bonus this qwarter but christmass we got 2/3 of the bonus
