Boutte Tree, Inc. is looking for an experienced ISA certified arborist to fill a role as a sales arborist in the metro Atlanta area.
Boutte Tree pays a straight commission of 10% on work. We provide a sales car, software, computer, phones, and as many leads as the salesperson wants. For those with deep knowledge of the arboricultural side of the business and are ready to move from climbing or production into the sales side this position can be very financially rewarding. The position works best for those motivated to work long hours and maximize earning potential.
The environment at Boutte Tree is very positive and upbeat - there is no overbearing corporate culture yet the structure of the company is mature and stable. We have three full time production crews and a very efficient and organized office staff so salesman can focus on sales and customer relations and not be overly burdened with administrative work, allowing the right candidate to fulfill their goals.
