Worth a shot, for the next generation, yeah? There seems to be a persistent rumor that arborists are the only reason the Pantin is still in production. I wonder how much truth there is in that.

The current Pantin is such crap for tree climbing so I'm not sure how long they'll be able to keep it alive.

You probably have a better shot than most. Seems you're always doing something extrordinary and ending up with stellar results.
I'm willing to throw in a little on a gofundme for travel expenses if you get it set up.
