Just want to sing Arbsession's praises again. I reached out to see about getting a replacement ratchet buckle and some screws for the Spikepod gaff strap set I bought and Casey contacted the manufacturer right away. They opted to send me a whole new set because the style had changed at no cost to me. Thanks again @Tr33Climb3r

I had asked Casey and Tim to see about getting me a replacement bottom pole for my extendable carbon unit, and since they couldn't give me a timeframe with any accuracy due to international shipping issues, they offered to sell me a matching length aluminum pole that works with my heads for a nearly giveaway price, so I'll have something that reaches what I want. They really are next level with the customer service.

And of course, they are still working on getting me that carbon piece.
