App for Droid to map tree locations

I have planted about 100 trees on my property and I am losing track of what they are and when I planted them. Does anyone know of a good app for keeping track of this type of thing? I would like to walk around my property and take coordinates of the trees and then be able to label them and look at them on a map (preferably on my computer.)

OsmAnd is an open source mapping app for droid. Not real user friendly but could get the job done. Has tutorials on YouTube that could get you going in the right direction. There are a lot of open source apps out there that could be better than OsmAnd.

You could also look into using an open source gis program like QGIS that is computer based. I haven't personally used it, but have heard it is user friendly. Also has a lot of tutorials on YouTube.
