Anyone have any Pruning / Trimming Books?

Title states it all. Would anyone happen to have any old Trimming or Pruning books that they want to lend out for some cash or sitting on the shelf that they want to sell? I want to sharpen my knowledge up. I've found a few good books on Amazon, (judging by the reviews) but most in the $80.00 - $100.00 range. A little much for something I'll read and soak in once. I'd be interested in renting them or buying them out-right, give me a title and price.

If you've found books that you feel have valuable info post the titles. I have duplicates of some books. There are other books on my shelf that have value that could go up for sale/rent

It's great to hear that you're interested in your education!

Go to the University of Florida hort website. Gilman basically reproduced the pruning BMP there. You'll have to download each section at a time but most of it is there.

Google the subject and look for articles or papers by good authors as well.

Gilmans book is great but $$$

Piggybacking on JD3000's info....Gilman's book is $100 or more. He recently retired as a professor from Florida University and put up his lectures etc in total - for free. It is a treasure chest of info.

Tom, there is no books particular, actually there was one with solid reviews on Amazon, I just don't have time this am to dig it up. However, I'm really interested in any and all detailed ones related to trimming, pruning, or dead wooding.

Also, JD and others, thanks or the solid information on the the Florida Professor. I will see if I can find his articles when I make it to the house this evening.
