Alcohol after strenuous work

Just a note on sending someone home that is inhibited in some form. As an employer it is your responsibility to not let them drive. There can be legal consequences I know its little off topic but wanted to mention it.

That happened to a local tree service; whether or not the worker was impaired, I think he may have driven a company vehicle home, and in the accident they were fully liable.

I’ve been getting into these NA beers from athletic brewing co since I hit my head a few weeks ago. They are very tasty and check all the boxes beers do- carb, sugar, maybe electrolytes, smiles- with none of the side effects of alcohol. They have a few different flavors and they really do rival some of the better beers out there. Might scratch the itch for some folks here.

I'd go for a really hoppy strong NA beer, but have yet to find them. Plus I don't have a problem with drinking too much beer; only drink when I can enjoy it.

I was surprised once to find the protein content of certain beers. I can’t handle the extra calories anymore. And it makes me sweat bullets the next day. It does not seem as if painful sweating should be a normal thing.
