First time looking to purchase a bucket truck, the truck I have my eye on is a 2005 international 466, the boom is an aerial lift of ct. model al-52 according to the listing.
Can anybody give me some information on the height of this stick, is it 52’ or is that to the top of the upper stick?
What is my realistic working height? Do I not want to purchase a truck that’s to short. “52’ working is to short”
Also the boom has not been inspected for many years. Can anybody tell me what components are being inspected for an “ANSI safety inspection” Additionally is there a service life to any any components that will need to be changed per date rather than condition?
Hydro lines maybe?
I’m trying forecast my costs associated with this potential purchase.
Thanks
Jd
