253 total calls and only 7 that saw you working. 2005 must have been a slow year for you. lol I hope that was just an example and not your real numbers.

Jerseywild: Those were real numbers. I am a one man band with helpers on Saturdays for rigging removals.

My gross sales were $74,000, is that okay? I have very little overhead because I have bought every thing with cash. I don't have equipment debt either. This year I am placing an ad in the Boulder phone book. Boulder is a prime market. I expect my gross sales this year to go up at least 50%. Will that be satisfactory?

My customers pay for my skill and labor, not my equipment.

Hey if your happy than thats great. It just seemed that the numbers were on the low side even for a one man band. Just remember that you want to charge a fair price for your work. Fair for you as well as the homeowner. You don't need to always be the lowest bid.

Is your name on the vehicle? I think the repeat customer numbers are more important than new for smaller companies like us. Its cheaper to keep a cust. than get a new one.
