Adjustable Friction Saver

I made an 8' friction saver out of 9/16th double braid that I use as an adjustable friction saver by adding a prussic and a steel carabiner. Honestly, I only use it if I have a lot of large stem to piece out.

It does work nice for crane work though! I tie a 3-wrap prussic on the cable above the ball with it, and it stays, which lets me position nicely next to the ball.

Dual Purpose! :)

I recently spliced a 6' AFS out of some Ultra Vee and 3/8" Tenex. I don't think it will see a ton of use though, at my smallest one, around 30" I believe, works really well for most of the trees I use it for.
