A different kind of splicing video

So I made this video the other day of myself splicing some Ocean Polyester. The video is long but in my opinion, its worth the wait, especially if you are a splicer. It gives a whole new look to splicing videos.

Keep in mind this was shot with one camera and half the shots were shot looking through the view finder trying to pull out the core or taper the cover.

The music is for comedy relief seeing as its all from a burlesque routine so try to look at the splicing as a fine burlesque routine. Ha . I hope you enjoy.

Thanks a lot guys. I was really hoping people got the comedy. My wife and I both laughed out loud as I bring my hands up to start working out the core. The music made it sound almost holy. Thanks again.

Ha ha that was great! It was like watching a dance. A condensed version would make a great commercial for OP.

Thanks again for all the comments.
I shot the whole video with a Nikon D7000 Dslr with a Sigma 18-55mm at f2.8 the entire time. All of the really tight shots were all done macro so My hands were like an inch away from the lens so I could see them unless I looked through the view finder. The most difficult thing was keeping everything in focus at f2.8 because your plan of focus is insanely tiny.
Editing was all done in imovie which I don't prefer but it tended to do the job alright. I just tried to get everything to go with the music so it flowed and would still hopefully make people laugh at times.
Thanks again and keep an eye out for more to come.
