380 foot...yes...rope ladder access

Bet they would have liked a Skylotec!
Interesting that they are alternated on each side of the ladder. I suppose it makes it less wobbly and less likely you will get peeled off if someone above you falls.

The height is scary enough, but would I want to be on it with seven other guys!
But maybe that's what keeps it from swaying too much?
Maybe....but my guess: they all had to get up there to work. If you need to get, say 20-30 guys (???I'm just guessing on that number) up there and wait to do it one at a time, its probably 11:00 before everybody is at the top (7-10 minute ascent seem reasonable???).

When was preparing for a west coast big tree climbing vacation with multiple climbers we practiced two on one rope ascents. We were using SRT, single t-bar foot ascenders and chest prusiks w/tenders.

It took some work to get two climbers to move in unison. If their timing was off the rope would get wobbly. Some odd vibrations.

All of this sort of stuff would have been dialed-in by the clmbers in the pic.
