3/8 beeline splice?

I had a split tail with the red tracer herniate on me.

I had a 10mm Bee line grizzley splice herniate on me. switched back to 8mm bee line and ICE after that

it was a red tracer and i was climbing with a mitchoean at the time. I noticed the herieation after about 3 weeks of climbing on it.
